Tracy never gives less than 110%. She is high energy, and it shows.  Whether it's at work, roller blading with her family, working out or whipping up fantastic gourmet dinners for her family and friends, she never seems to tire. Raised in the mid-west, Tracy attended Ohio University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Finance. After 12 years in corporate finance she made a much desired career change to real estate. With a passion for home decorating and style as well as being a social butterfly - the aspect of meeting a never ending stream of people appeals to her most.

Her desire to excel extends to real estate. She loves the challenges of matching buyers with homes and helping sellers overcome the turmoil of transferring their property and going on to new chapters in their lives. Because Tracy is a perfectionist she never overlooks the details that can cause many real estate transactions to become problematic. Armed with knowledge, energy and a sense of humor, Tracy is intuitive and sensitive to others, but a tough businesswoman. "I'm a problem solver," she says, "and I always strive for a win-win solution."

Having moved nearly a dozen times, from both the west coast to the east coast, Tracy understands first hand the joy and peace of mind in having a solid agent. Her commitment to each sale lasts far beyond that one transaction. She strongly feels a big part of her job is to help clients "crystallize" their needs. She invests the time up front to really listen to and understand their circumstances. Then she can provide the kind of service she pledges to her clients. "I know I've 'connected' with a client when they trust me to show them properties that really fit their
needs, not just every new home on the market," says Tracy. Excellent agents don't just show houses and ask buyers if they like them! "Among the highlights of my career would be my love for making the call, saying, "I found your house today!" says Tracy.

When she's not working, you'll find Tracy at the Severna Park home she shares with her husband Bryan, a systems architect, their eleven year old son, Evan and six year old daughter Isabella.
